At HLW, data is integral to design. Over time, we’ve measured and analyzed our projects (and others) in great detail, and built a rigorous database that spans sectors, office sizes, and locations. The Benchmark Index provides our clients with the opportunity to understand how their real estate compares to others, and it serves as a firm-wide resource from which we draw insights.
