1040 Kennedy
HLW worked alongside Cali Futures LLC on a Minervini Vandermark, LLC designed residential rental building at 1040-1046 Kennedy Boulevard. HLW is providing interior design services related to the selection and specification of the finishes and furnishings for this new construction project. This 8-story luxury residence will house 60 apartments, as well as an internal parking facility and rooftop amenities. HLW is responsible for public spaces and for the model apartments.
