343 & 333 Thornall

HLW was retained by Mack-Cali Realty Corp. to master plan their Edison Campus incorporating exterior site amenities and connecting walkways between two buildings; 333 and 343 Thornall. The main entry for both buildings are also being modified to include a new stone and glass entry storefront. The lobby for 343 Thornall includes a coffee bar and café seating that is intended to also serve as a business lounge while the lobby for 333 Thornall includes multi-purpose conference rooms and provides access to an existing cafeteria. A fitness center is also included in the development of the amenities for 343 Thornall intended for the tenants of both buildings on the corporate campus.
