This multi-disciplinary marketing communications agency contracted HLW to help them tell their story in a new space. Deutsch, Inc. was looking to relocate to 12901 Jefferson in Playa Vista, California.
This project was a full rehabilitation of an existing building and the addition of a new second floor including a new mezzanine with offices, post-production house and full capability shooting stage. HLW incorporated a combination of office and technical spaces including a broadcast studio and other types of broadcast functions.
The overall desired look and feel of the space is creative with both artistic and cultural elements. Additionally, the design is innovative and “out of the box”.
