Everest Re
HLW is currently working with Everest Re on the relocation of their corporate headquarters to Warren NJ. The new headquarters will include 320,000 sf of Class A office space, a conference and training center, and new cafeteria. As part of the project HLW designed a new 6,500 sf atrium as a connector between the two existing buildings. The atrium will feature connecting bridge walkways at all four floors and a decorative four-story central staircase. The atrium will provide a large open lobby for visitors with a company store and tech bar.
We are also currently working Everest Re to provide architectural design services for their offices in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Miami, Atlanta, Stamford, and Carmel, IN.
