Ferring Pharmaceuticals
With the expectation of doubling the size of their company within the next three years, Ferring Pharmaceuticals relocated to an existing three building complex, which was renovated to create laboratories, offices, a manufacturing facility, and a restaurant for staff. A connecting link with a glass and steel façade was created between the office and manufacturing buildings, and extensive landscaping performed to improve wayfinding into the complex. This entailed regrading the site’s front slope, to allow traffic to circulate directly to the ground level reception entrance.
