Google Chelsea Market Floors 2-5
This technology giant hired HLW to improve and refresh their current space which spans four floors of the Chelsea Market, located in the heart of the Meatpacking District of Manhattan. This project was completed in two phases, with initial planning first which included due diligence, testfitting and demolition drawings. The second phase involved programming and concept design, schematic design, construction design, administration and close out. HLW designed new open office workspace, shared office space, collaborative areas, conference rooms, and micro-kitchens. The end result is a beautiful, comfortable, amenity-rich and employee-focused space that has the capacity to evolve with the changing needs of the client.
