ICG
Upon outgrowing their existing 2 offices, ICG hired HLW to help fit out their new home at Procession House. The re-imagined space is thoughtful and logical, yet modern, fluid, and adaptable, which is reflective of ICG’s pioneering and innovative approach to business.
This project had a focus on providing variety and choice in the workplace with employee comfort at heart. Efficiency is inherent within the design. Meeting spaces of various sizes are accessible across all work floors, and are equipped with integrated technology. Architecture was used throughout to encourage performance, ambition, and focus. A central stair improved lines of sight while a new club room and terrace created greater visible links between teams and created a more natural flow through the office. Thoughtful planning allows employees to balance the confidential nature of the business with the need for teamwork and collaborative across the company. A Ska Gold project, we also targeted Well criteria points with no official accreditation.
