HLW assisted IDB Bank with their office relocation to support the repositioning of their organization and company culture. The new space, located in the iconic Grace Building in New York City, focuses on putting employees first through improved space planning. IDB is leading the way in the banking industry as they implement current workplace strategies and transition to an almost entirely open-plan environment. The unique IDB Bank identity and culture are reinforced through distinctive branding. Amenities include a café with booth seating, open office space with break out areas, multiple conference rooms, and a welcoming reception area. The new space also houses a retail branch for the bank.
