One Carnegie Hill
Located on East 96th Street in Manhattan, this new 41-story residential tower is designed to be a premier rental property with a range of amenities that include a health club and roof top gardens. The building will also house a school for the adjacent cultural center of the Islamic Center of New York. The site holds several challenges in that it straddles two independent zoning districts and must incorporate, yet maintain separate identities for, the residential users, the mosque, and the school.
