One Dockland Central
HLW worked in partnership with RKD with the landlord Hibernia REIT in an existing building in Dublin, to reposition the building and provide new amenities to create a contemporary piece of commercial real estate that is desirable for a variety of future tenants. A key design driver was to appeal to financial, technology, and fin-tech tenants, which brought the dynamic challenge of designing areas that will be attractive to all three sectors whilst still allowing the space to have flexibility for future tenants to incorporate their own personality. The repositioning of this property included creating a central atrium and a new feature circulation staircase in addition to refurbishing the entrances, receptions, and workspace areas. As a testament to the functionality and success of HLW’s re-design, various new tenants have taken up residence in the modernized building. We are also currently working on Two Dockland Central to provide a similar service.
