Peel Hunt
British Investment Banking leader Peel Hunt relocated their offices in order to expand in an environment that was more conducive to growth. The new space takes into account firm aspirations for the immediate and long-term future.
The new space was designed to allow for flexibility for years to come. In addition it was important to leadership to carefully consider the benefits of re-use, both for the sake of cost efficiency and in order to focus on sustainability. HLW worked closely with the Peel Hunt team to develop a scheme that included enhanced client facing facilities with fine dining amenities and a new auditorium to increase the potential for attracting clients. The footprint also included ample space for a trading floor. The design captured a sense of the present and the future, celebrating new, modern, relevant British businesses.
