The Ellipse

Recently completed, HLW worked closely with the developer, LeFrak Organization, and design architect, Arquitectonica, with the planning of an exceptionally unique site on the Newport Waterfront in Jersey City, NJ.

The design solution was developed to be an iconic symbol on the Jersey waterfront along the Hudson River and is one of the more unique urban developments shaping the skyline facing New York City. The tower stands at 41 stories and holds 376 rental units.
