As a result of rapid growth the shortage of space was a key driver for this project, they also had a requirement for a more collaborative and more user-friendly space. The space itself has of a variety of customized areas that are designed to facilitate operations. The entry houses a waiting area, a bespoke and flexible reception desk that can be extended or separated into a new element, a knowledge wall, a coffee bar and pantry, and an adaptable event space that can be opened up to suit various size or format events. This area is used for both private and client-facing events and helps to promote the company ethos while also serving as inspiration during internal townhalls. The Kitchen includes a teapoint and various seating options such as banquets and a nook under the stairs. The area has a dramatic and atmospheric feel due to a giant ‘green wall’ that connects the two levels, leading from the entry into the lower ground kitchen.
