Wakefern Food Corporation
HLW partnered with Wakefern to developer a corporate workplace strategy that reinforces Wakefern’s purpose and values, as well as enhance staff experiences. After analyzing the company’s existing real estate portfolio, HLW was able to reduce their rentable space by 14% in creating a new corporate-wide facility program realizing local adjacencies and work flows. The new workplace strategy and standards will allow for greater real estate efficiency going forward.
