HLW Welcomes New Principal in London

HLW’s London office is excited to welcome Pendrick Brown as Principal, demonstrating its commitment to developing and growing the business, he embodies the firm’s dedication to creating design solutions that support their clients’ needs. Pendrick joins the London leadership team lead by Bronte Turner, Managing Director and Principal, and Francesca Gernone, Principal, at a time when upholding the highest standard of client relationships is of utmost importance.

With over 15 years of extensive experience in client services, Pendrick brings a raft of knowledge to the London office.  His experience with the top 20 UK law firms on the client side, as well as delivering elite global law firms, has given Pendrick a full understanding of the unique dynamics required to successfully complete such projects. As the legal sector continues to evolve, Pendrick’s knowledge gives him the unique skillset to provide innovative solutions and push the boundaries of design in order to enhance the return on investment for a client’s strategic vision.

In addition to his experience in the legal sector, Pendrick brings with him a sweeping portfolio in the developer and landlord sectors. “Pendrick has a reputation for his work with market leading developers across the UK and Europe- helping to drive their commercial return on investment through complimentary design in a number of sectors including commercial, hospitality, pharma, Build to Rent and infrastructure,” says Bronte Turner, Managing Director and Principal at HLW. Bronte stressed that Pendrick will play a crucial role in leading teams in understanding the drivers of the landlords and developers, the benefits to design, both commercially and aesthetically, and help to create the balance projects need to maintain progress and optimal ROI.

HLW’s London office continues to synthesize ideas and research into key insights and opportunities to deliver innovative environments.  Recent projects in the UK and Europe expand over a variety of sectors including several cutting edge tech giants, notably Wix’s 550K SF HQ in Tel Aviv. “I have worked with HLW a number of times during my career and have always respected their varied skillset and global approach.
