We are proud to announce that HLW is a finalist for three Mixology21 Awards, including Design Practice of the Year! The Mixology Awards, organised by Mix Interiors, recognises the very best of commercial interior design in the U.K.

HLW has demonstrated resilience and strength even in times of uncertainty. The business continues to look forward, innovate and provide exceptional design, reacting to alterations with agility. It has shown dedication to a brighter, equitable, sustainable future and the team have been involved in activities to stay positive and connected.

Two of our projects were also shortlisted for Project of the Year Awards. In the Workplace Interiors >30 – 70k sq ft category, ICG’s new London office is a finalist, featuring their cohesive and collaborative workplace. HLW designed the space to encourage ICG’s people to move and connect at work. With design elements inspired by local and historic architecture and building better connections, wide corridors and vistas across the floors and atriums are catalysts to an open light and bright workspace, interrupted with team hubs and meeting space architecture, that bring teams out of meeting rooms and offices and into shared communal areas to collaborate and build better partnerships.

The ICG project team includes: Cushman & Wakefield, MiX Consultancy Ltd; Shore; Aecom; ISG

Our design for Ninety One’s new London headquarters is a finalist in the Workplace Interiors > 70k sq ft category. Inspired by the company’s South African heritage, HLW designed an open and transparent office across 4 floors. With a highly relational and collaborative culture, Ninety One pride themselves in setting themselves apart from their competitors. Their natural, straight, direct but highly professional approach sets a culture where people are encouraged to be themselves, attracting talent ambitious for growth. This unique approach embodied HLWs approach to develop a sophisticated and refined new London headquarters.
