Located above the ground floor of the 11,250 square foot building are the residential floors that are set back from the street using the top of the commercial space for expansive balconies. The third floor balcony is continuous along the width of the building and is lined in wood finish to give some warmth to the street facade. The residential unit sizes vary from 675 to 750 square feet each with their own private balcony. Residents will also have access to a shared outdoor communal space located at the ground floor.
