Charter Communications Headquarters
Due to a surge in growth, Charter Communications needed a larger space that could meet the needs of its increased headcount. Charter’s leadership saw the need for a new space as an opportunity to put down solid roots in Stamford, choosing to locate the project adjacent to the city’s MetroNorth and Amtrak stations. Today, it ranks as one of the largest offices complexes built in Connecticut.
Three buildings comprise Charter’s new, 875,000-square-foot campus. Building One features a top-floor executive suite and 12 floors of office space. Building Two features seven floors of office space and 94,000 square feet of amenity space, including a two-level fitness center and various healthy eateries.
The towers are connected by a third structure, which serves as a welcoming point for employees and visitors. A large media wall completes that arrival experience.
