Gotham
HLW designed a new HQ for the Gotham group (a production and management company) at The Lot in Hollywood. This historic site provided the ideal location for this entertainment sector company. From the entry, the space is impactful, with a sleek coffee bar that greets guests upon arrival and also serves as a collaborative open meeting space as well as event space. Every detail, down to the herringbone tile installation for the coffee bar backsplash to the precise height of the black accent paint behind the reception desk was fully thought through in the design phase then expertly coordinated In the field. Beyond reception, a library with traditional library ladder greets guests, a nod to classic times gone by. The producer offices are all glass, to ensure sightlines to their teams and showcase their unique art collections and individual styles.
