The Chernin Group
This full floor tenant improvement project serves as the new home for multimedia company The Chernin Group. TCG would be part of a rebranding campaign of the six building I.o. at Playa Vista office complex. TCG’s new location puts it in the heart of Southern California’s technology hub, with most of the major icons of the industry in the surrounding vicinity. The design of the Chernin Group Offices reflects a collaborative work environment that invites employees to freely circulate and arrive in spontaneous open areas for work and relaxation. The layout includes several open conference areas, enclosed offices, private booths for employees, and a large kitchen area with panoramas of the city. The use of elegant finishes, large office windows, unique lighting, and interior greenery create a set of motifs and an atmosphere that separate TCG from the aesthetics associated with creative offices in the area.
