Legend 3D, a virtual reality, 3D visual effects and conversion company, is relocating to Hollywood, California to approximately 28,000 RSF on the first and second floors of the El Centro building at Columbia Square in Hollywood, California.

The project program consists of client facing spaces on the ground floor including two screening rooms, reception area, client coffee bar, client meeting rooms, and limited employee workspaces. The second floor will house employee workspaces including edit bays, offices, internal review and meeting rooms, open benching, employee break room, and support spaces. HLW will work with Legend 3D to further define the goals and design criteria for the project. It is our understanding that construction costs should be aggressive with smart use of TI dollars in key areas such as client facing spaces and infrastructure to support the business.
