This space encourages connection and offers diverse settings to suit the business needs of a people-centric, BREEAM Excellent workplace that improves efficiency through high quality design. The project comprises 8 floors and allows for 3 additional floors to be sublet. The scheme encompasses a flexible townhall and event space that can be transformed into meeting rooms when not in full use. There is a connecting feature staircase that runs throughout the building. The floorprint contains a wide variety of workspaces, specialist zones such as tech & IT bars, a business lounge, project space, a library, and a fine dining suite.
