The LeFrak Organization retained HLW for its second major development in the Newport district of Jersey City. This 336-unit luxury rental apartment building is a mixed-use retail/high rise building with two residential towers, 12 and 24 stories with a 5-story podium, outdoor terrace & lawn, roof deck amenity on the 6th floor. The ground floor will also include 16,000 sf of waterfront retail bringing life to its surrounding community.
