HLW assisted Venable LLP with their new headquarters space to support the law firm’s significant growth following their recent acquisition of Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto.
Following their merger, Venable had offices at both 1270 and 1290 Avenue of Americas. Looking to bring the offices together and further integrate their acquired firm, Venable engaged HLW to assist with the relocation and design of their new unified space.
To support connectivity between both the floors and the two firms, amenities are clustered around the 5-floor interconnecting stair. Pantries, huddle spaces, a conference center and genius bar anchor the stairway and drive traffic between floors.
